About Me

Hi! My name is Alyson. I have been in the dog grooming industry for over twenty years and have a true love and passion for working with dogs. My many years of experience have allowed me to perfect not only the technical aspects of grooming but, most importantly, the more subtle parts - like reading body language, gentle handling, and calming physical proximity. My greatest achievement is consistently earning the trust of clients both human and canine. 

Throughout my career  I have continued my education by attending seminars and acquiring multiple certifications including Pet First Aid & CPR.

I have one dog of my own: an Australian Shepherd named Akuma. My salon is named after my beloved German Shepherd mix Easy, who I had the privilege  to love for 12 years.

I love dogs because not only do they provide unconditional love but- in my case- true love. I met my husband at the dog park!
